How to get help
If you are being abused or you are worried about someone who might be - you must tell someone. You can get help just by talking to someone you trust or showing them this website.
You may be worried about seeming interfering or maybe scared of getting it wrong but you could be their only source of help. If you suspect someone you know is being abused or mistreated and want to get help try and talk to them first and explain what you want to do and why.
